Fraudulent Conduct: Any of the conduct described in clause n. 16.

Inactive Account: An Account that has not recorded any login or gameplay activity for a period of at least 60 days.

Malpractice / Fraudulent Conduct: Any dishonest, unethical, illegal, or unfair actions taken by a Player in connection with the Service.

Participate: Using our Platform or playing any Games in any way.

Platform: The services provided via any URL, owned by Skeeve Productions Limited, and its subsidiaries, including Liberty Crest Rewards LLC, including the website located at https://www.goodvibescasino.com, and all its subdomains, subpages, and successor sites, along with all games, features, tools, and services available therein.

Player / Eligible Player / Permitted Player / Qualified Player: An individual who meets the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and has registered an Account.

Service: All services and offerings provided by Good Vibes Casino.

Standard Play: The utilization of in-game currency, denominated as Gold Coins, is required for participation in our gaming offerings. Upon registration, a complimentary allocation of Gold Coins will be provided to new users. Additional Gold Coins may be obtained through routine login procedures.

You are permitted only ONE account. Creating or using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all your accounts and forfeiture of any Virtual Currency or potential Prizes. Your account is for your personal use only.

You promise that all information you provide during registration and throughout your time with us (like your name, email, date of birth, address, payment details) is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. We may undertake verification checks, and providing false information is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details (username, password) confidential and secure. Do not share them with anyone. All activity under your account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Selling, transferring, gifting, or sharing your account or any Virtual Currency / Prizes associated with it is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to do so may result in account closure and forfeiture.

If your account shows no login activity for a continuous period of 60 days (Sixty days), we may deem it inactive. We reserve the right to close an Inactive Account and/or forfeit any remaining Virtual Currency balance.

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, you will lose access to the Service, and any remaining non-redeemable Virtual Currency (Gold coins) will be forfeited.

We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to refuse to open an account or to suspend or terminate an existing account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including (but not limited to):

  • Breach of these Terms.
  • Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or dishonest activity.
  • Creating multiple accounts.
  • Chargebacks on purchases.
  • Providing false information.
  • Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
  • Harassment of staff or other players.
  • If required by law or regulation.
  • If the account is inactive.

5. GAME AND GAMEPLAY

In addition to these general Terms, specific rules may apply to individual games or types of games (like slots, scratch cards, etc.). These specific rules will be available within the game or on our website and form part of your agreement with us. Make sure to check them out before playing!

You may purchase Gold Coins. These purchases grant you a license to use the coins within our games. Remember: Gold Coins have NO real money value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, and are purely for entertainment. All purchase options and prices will be clearly displayed.

All purchases of Gold Coins are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If you purchase them, you use them for gameplay on our platform.

Your current balance of Gold Coins is displayed in your Account. This balance decreases as you play games and increases if you win Gold Coins in games or make a purchase.

We reserve the right to declare a game or playthrough void, in whole or in part, if we believe there has been an obvious error, mistake, system malfunction, technical issue, or fraudulent activity affecting the game's integrity. If a game is voided, your playthroughed Virtual Currency for that specific game will typically be returned to your Account.

The outcome of all games is determined by the game servers using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) where applicable. Our records and decisions regarding game outcomes, account balances, and any disputes shall be final and binding.

Promotion Expiry Terms: Every promotion, bonus, or reward you receive at Good Vibes Casino comes with its own expiry date, which you’ll find in the specific terms for each offer. Unless we say otherwise, you’ll need to meet any playthroughing requirements within the time frame given. If you don’t complete these requirements in time, both the bonus and any winnings from it will be removed from your account automatically.

Even if a bonus or reward doesn’t have playthroughing requirements, it might still expire if you don’t use it before the deadline or if you activate another promotion, as explained in the offer’s terms.

You must ensure that the payment method you use is legally yours or that you have the explicit permission of the owner to use it for the purchase. You must have sufficient funds to cover the purchase.

You clearly acknowledge that Gold Coins are virtual items with no monetary value and are licensed for use only within the Service for entertainment. They cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn for real money or anything of value outside the Service.

Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. The "price" or "value" of GC may change, and we reserve the right to regulate, modify, or remove Virtual Currency at our discretion.

We accept different payment methods, including major credit and debit cards, digital wallets such as Google Pay and Apple Pay, e-wallets like Skrill and Neteller, as well as cryptocurrencies based on leading Layer 1 blockchains (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana). All available payment options will be clearly listed on the purchase page. Transactions are securely processed through trusted third-party payment processors.

Purchases are usually processed quickly, but delays can occur depending on the payment method and verification processes. Gold Coins will be credited to your Account once the transaction is successfully confirmed by the payment processor.

We reserve the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity and authorization when you make a purchase (especially for larger amounts or if suspicious activity is detected). This may involve requesting documentation.

Upon successful payment, the purchased Gold Coins will be credited directly to your Account balance.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit any purchase transaction at our sole discretion, without needing to provide a reason.

You can only make purchases if your Account is active and in good standing (i.e., not blocked, suspended, under investigation, or closed). Purchases attempted on restricted accounts will likely fail or be reversed.

7. PLAYER FUNDS PROTECTION AND CHARGEBACKS

When you purchase GC, the funds are processed by our payment partners. The purchased amount translates into a license for Virtual Currency in your Account. These funds are held in segregated client accounts. At Good Vibes Casino, we are committed to responsible and robust management of our operations. However, as with any business, you acknowledge there is a minimal risk of loss in the unlikely event of financial difficulties.

Initiating a chargeback on a purchase of Gold Coins without first attempting to resolve the issue with our Customer Support is considered a breach of these Terms. If a chargeback occurs, your Account may be immediately suspended or terminated. You will be liable for the amount of the chargeback plus any fees we incur from the payment processor due to the chargeback.

We reserve the right to deduct any amounts you owe us (e.g., due to chargebacks) from your coin balance, or pursue other legal means of recovery, including debt collection agencies.

8. PLACING BET / PLAYTHROUGHS (USING VIRTUAL CURRENCY)

Bets Will Only Be Valid: A playthrough placed using Gold Coins is only valid if:

  • It is accepted by our game server.
  • You have sufficient Gold Coin balance in your Account.

If you disagree with the outcome or details of a playthrough, please contact Customer Support within, and no later than 24 hours (twenty-four hours) with the relevant details (game, date, time, playthrough amount). We will review our transaction logs and records. Our decision based on these records will be final and binding.

We may offer bonuses (like extra Gold Coins) and run promotions with specific rules.

All promotions, bonuses, and special offers are subject to these main Terms and specific terms and conditions relevant to that offer ("Promotional Terms"). Promotional Terms will be clearly stated or linked. In case of conflict, the Promotional Terms prevail for that specific offer.

When you participate in or activate a bonus or promotion, you are agreeing to its specific Promotional Terms.

Participation is optional. If you accept a bonus or enter a promotion, you accept the associated rules.

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
  • Using VPNs or masking IP addresses to circumvent eligibility rules.

Bonus eligibility is often tied to having a valid, verified Account in good standing.

We reserve the right to withhold, restrict, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion, and any winnings derived from them, if we determine that abuse has occurred or if there was an error in granting the bonus.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer or promotion at any time without prior notice, although we will strive to honor commitments already made where feasible unless abuse or error is involved.

10. PARTICIPATION IN MISSIONS

  • You must have a Good Vibes Casino account in good standing.
  • Your account must not be in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Good Vibes Casino reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend this promotion where necessary.
  • Entries will be declared void if the entrant is found engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, hacking, exploitation, or creating multiple accounts.
  • Good Vibes Casino reserves the right to perform additional KYC/AML checks as a condition of receiving any prize.

11. LIMITED REVOCABLE LICENSE OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY

Virtual Currency: GC and any other virtual items or currencies within the Service are licensed, not sold. You acknowledge they are not real currency or property.

We provide you with a limited right and license to use Virtual Currency solely within the Service for gameplay and entertainment.

You have no ownership, property, or monetary interest in the Virtual Currency. Its only "value" is within the context of the Service we provide.

As stated before, all purchases of Virtual Currency are final and non-refundable. You will not receive money or other compensation for unused Virtual Currency when an account is closed, whether voluntarily or involuntarily.

  • Take legal action against you to recover any damages or losses incurred by us due to your actions.

22. COMPLAINTS AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

You hereby acknowledge that the determination rendered by Pardee Consulta may be admissible in any proceedings initiated pursuant to Clause 30 of these Terms and Conditions. Invocation of Clause 30 proceedings remains permissible regardless of whether the player elects to engage the independent third party.

23. DEACTIVATION / SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNT

Suspension means temporary loss of access. Deactivation/termination is permanent closure. Both may result in forfeiture of Virtual Currency as outlined in these Terms. We will notify you if we take such action, unless doing so would compromise security investigations or is prohibited by law.

24. SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

We perform regular maintenance on the Service to ensure optimal performance and introduce updates or new features. We will endeavor to schedule planned maintenance during periods of low usage and provide advance notice where possible.

However, emergency maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur without notice. We are not liable for any inconvenience, loss of gameplay, or other issues arising from service maintenance or downtime.

25. INDEMNITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
  • Any Customer Content you submit or transmit through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skeeve Productions Limited, and its subsidiaries, including Liberty Crest Rewards LLC, Good Vibes Casino and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), arising out of or relating to:

  • Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
  • Any Virtual Currency or Prizes associated with your Account.
  • Any other matter relating to the Service.

In no event shall Skeeve Productions Limited, or any of its subsidiaries, including Liberty Crest Rewards LLC and Good Vibes Casino's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you have paid to Good Vibes Casino for the purchase of Virtual Currency in the One (1) month immediately preceding the date of the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100.00).

The limitations of liability in this section do not apply to liability resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

27. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND AGREEMENTS TO ARBITRATE / CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION CLAUSES

If the dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support within 60 days from the date you notified us, you and Skeeve Productions Limited, and its subsidiaries, including Liberty Crest Rewards LLC agree to resolve any remaining claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service through final and binding arbitration, instead of in court, except that:

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for alleged unlawful use of intellectual property rights.

Arbitration Procedures and Fees: Both Skeeve Productions Limited, and its subsidiaries, including Liberty Crest Rewards LLC and You agree that for any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, arbitration will be administered as follows:

If the amount in controversy is less than or equal to $250,000 (exclusive of interest, attorneys’ fees, and costs), the arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and any applicable Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes, or their successor rules, as in effect at the time arbitration is initiated.

For any dispute or claim where the amount in controversy exceeds $250,000, arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures, or their successor rules, as in effect at the time arbitration is initiated. In all cases, arbitration will proceed on an individual basis before a sole arbitrator.

The applicable rules will govern the payment of all arbitration fees. Waiver of Class Action and Collective Arbitration: YOU AND SKEEVE PRODUCTIONS LIMITED AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. If this specific class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration agreement shall be null and void.
